Important information to note before activating a service

Mobile phones used with an ALDI Mobile SIM should be unlocked and support 4G VoLTE for all calls, including to emergency services. All devices should support ALDI Mobile's network bands and frequencies to continue working after the 3G shutdown. Incompatible devices may not connect, however this can be resolved by switching the SIM into a compatible device. If your phone can't call emergency services across all networks, you'll need to purchase one outright. Many in-store and online retailers offers outright mobile phones, including low-cost ones.
