Data Plans

Our prepaid Data Plans give you a generous data allowance over an equally generous 365 days.
Our 3-in-1, tri-cut SIM cards fit all handsets, so you can BYO iPad, tablet or MiFi. Note that speed caps apply

Family Plans

Join ALDImobile between 8 November 2024 and 31 January 2025 and receive double data for the first 3 eligible recharges on all 5G Family Plans.

Pay As You Go

Pay only for what you use. Ideal for occasional use with a long 365 day expiry on PAYG Top Ups.

The Telstra Wholesale Mobile Network coverage area reaches more than 98.8% of the Australian population with 3G*, 4G or 5G and covers more than 1.6 square kilometers of the Australian landmass. The service provides 4G coverage reaching at least 98.7% of the Australian population and at least 75% with 5G.

*Please note: Telstra’s 3G Network will close on 28 October 2024. After this date, you'll need a 4G device with VoLTE calling capability to stay connected to our network.

Unlimited standard calls excludes some use such as: calls to international numbers, video calls, satellite numbers, and premium numbers (e.g. 19xx numbers) and call forwarding. Unlimited standard SMS excludes some use such as: SMS to international or satellite numbers, and premium numbers (e.g. 19xx numbers).

Unlimited and included international calls and SMS are to eligible numbers and countries only, you can review the list of eligible numbers here. Mobile Plans and Family Plans can be added to a Pay As You Go plan, they cannot be added if you have a Data Plan. If you add one Plan whilst you have another active plan on your service, you will forfeit the original plan and any remaining data. Refer to our Critical Information Summaries to determine if these plans are right for you.

Auto Recharge can take up to 6 hours from the time your plan expires at midnight, Sydney time. If you need to use your service during this time either recharge manually or top-up your PAYG credit.

Double data is available for new services that connect to ALDImobile between 8 November 2024 and 31 January 2025 on an eligible plan. Double data is added to the data rollover balance and not the main plan allowances. Eligible customers will receive Double data on their first 3 recharges when they recharge with an eligible plan within 24 hours of their plans expiry. Customers who move to a plan that is not eligible for Double data will no longer be eligible to receive Double data, even if they later move back to an eligible plan.

To access the 5G network on 5G Plans, you need to be within the 5G network coverage area and use a 5G device. Speeds vary due to various factors like your location, device and network congestion. You should refer to our Critical Information Summaries to determine which Plan is right for you and see more details about speed caps. If you’re using a mobile phone with your ALDImobile service it will need to be 4G VoLTE capable and be able to access emergency services (000) on both the Telstra Wholesale and other carriers networks. Non-complaint mobile phones will be blocked from accessing the mobile network.

Existing ALDImobile customers can access the 100 Day Special Pack ($100) Mobile Plan by logging into My ALDImobile and recharging by selecting online packs using a credit card until 19 December 2023.

These Data Plans are only available to existing customers if the plan was their last recharge. Once you recharge with a different plan, you'll be unable to purchase the discontinued Data Plan.
